If you know me, you know my pandemic interest wasn’t learning how to video edit, crochet, cook, or do anything productive — it was getting engrossed in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series (and the subsequent lore.) It should come as no surprise that I have had Mega Cat Studios’ FNAF: Into the Pit on my wishlist for a long while.
That patience has paid off in spades because, in celebration of its arrival to the Epic Games Store, FNAF: Into the Pit will be one of the platform’s free games for the week of Oct. 30 through Nov. 5. I can now safely remove it from my wishlist on that “other” PC game download client and download it on Epic Games Store.

The critically acclaimed FNAF: Into the Pit is a 2-D pixel art side-scroller based on the Fazbear Frights series of books and stars Oswald, a kid whose exploration of a dilapidated pizzeria for his father leads him into a time-traveling nightmare via haunted ball pit.
FNAF: Into the Pit debuts on the Epic Games Store on Oct. 30 and can be downloaded for free until Nov. 5. You can wishlist the game now to be alerted when the game is available to download.
